The company started its activity in year 2015 with the intention of promoting safety in all walks of life. There is a strongly felt need to promote Safety, Health, Environment (HSE) and Disaster Management. Another important area is road safety, where people die every second. People who are getting disabled is much more, leaving behind a crippled section of society. Unfortunately, youth are the major victims of such accidents.
The company undertakes awareness programs to corporates, senior executives and employees. In addition we organize seminars, workshops and mock drills to being awareness amongst the general public, especially the student community.
The company is promoted by a group of people well versed in HSE movement and is supported by advisors and consultants who have several years of experience in their respective fields.
We conduct safety audits, pre-qualification safety evaluation for major contractors and service organizations. We also do job safety analysis. We undertake detailed risk assessment studies using the most modern tools and techniques.

A mechanical Engineering graduate he has 30 years of experience in the enforcement in HSE during his career he was exposed to safety challenges in a variety of industries the major among them are Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Tyre building Wood industry etc. He has investigated many fatal major accidents in various industries. He was also involved in updating the Indian boiler regulation in line with international standards based on ASME, ASNT, JIS code etc. He was trained under various international bodies which included ILO, UNIDO Federal Emergency Management Authority USA (FEMA).
Zeenath Banu
She is actively involved in social issues related to low-income groups and socially marginalized communities. She is included in a committee which will enquire the activities of Journalist who commits misdeeds against their fellow journalist.
ARIF K.A.
Our Adviser ARIF K.A. is working in Emirate Airlines as senior Business analyst and he is familiar with airline safety. In addition, he is interested in School safety and has developed a school management system. This will enable the management to upgrade the interaction with school teachers, students, and the parent-teacher associations. This will definitely improve the school management system.
Dr. Sherine Arif
After MBBS, she did her MBA in Hospital Management. She has the keen interest in environmental issues. She is also interested in occupational medicine and hygiene.
N.G.K NAIR
Mr. N.G.K Nair has over 30 Years experience in various fields such as Training & Development, HR & Management consultancy, Finance management & auditing, Administration etc., in industrial, professional and audit organisations.
His qualifications are MCom (with Finance, Costing and Project finance), MHRM (with Organisation Development), MBA (with Finance management & Strategic Management), PGDHRM (with Organisational Behaviour) 2nd rank, Kerala University.
P. N. Narayana Pillai
Sri P. N. Narayana Pillai , has a Masters degree in Engineering Technology. He is also a Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India).
Has over 40 years of professional experience. He was the General Manager of FEDO,
the Engineering consultancy division of FACT. Worked as Technical Director of
OCPL, OMAN also. He was involved in the setting up of large Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical plants and its
utilities in various parts of India and abroad.
In connection with the above had traveled abroad on a number of occasions to countries
like USA, UK, BELGIUM, GERMANY, DENMARK, SWITZERLAND,
HOLLAND,OMAN & UAE for interaction with Technology providers and Equipment
suppliers.
Is also a faculty for programmes organized by KERALA STATE PRODUCTIVITY
COUNCIL, NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL.
Was the chairman of Indian Institute of Plant Engineers-Cochin chapter.
Was a member of the board of examiners for BOILER OPERATION ENGINEERS
EXAMINATIONS for Kerala.
Project Management, Turbo Machines, Heat Transfer Equipment such as Boilers,
Cooling Towers—etc Safety and Fire protection systems are his specialization.
A number of papers on the above subjects were presented in National and International
seminars and also published in Technical Journals in India. Currently holding position of CHAIRMAN of Manpower Utilisation and Safety
Training Institute – Aluva and as Vice chairman of Energy Conservation Society of
India.
Radhakrishnan G
He has more than 36 years of executive and managerial experience in
different areas of chemical industry including manufacturing, pollution control,
safety management, production planning, maintenance ( mechanical,
electrical, instrumentation, civil), maintenance planning, projects, corporate
planning, technical services, trouble shooting in process industry, conservation
of water and energy, safety audit, water audit and solar power development.
He has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and has
undertaken conservation schemes in energy and pollution control which
fetched state and national awards for the industry he worked in.
For the last four years, he has been engaged in Consultancy works in
different areas connected with Industry and Management – awareness
campaign programmes, roof-top solar PV projects, technical audits, waste
water and sewage treatment systems, safety audits, market surveys etc.
He is a faculty for MBA students also.
He holds BSc (Chemistry) from Kerala University, BSc (Chemical
Engineering) from government engineering college Thrissur, MBA from Cochin
University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), PGDCA from Institute of Human
Resource Development (IHRD).

Held board level assignment as Executive Director of MFAR Group of Companies.
Held board level assignment in Petronet CCK a company jointly owned by Oil Marketing Companies.
Currently in the Management of Ilahia School of Management Studies.
